Who we are...

Two Firemen Solutions got it’s start one afternoon when Engineer Judd Weber and Lieutenant Eric Ermer of the Warrenville Fire Protection District (www.warrenvillefire.com) were talking about all of the flashlights and helmet flashlight brackets they had broken over the years. They decided to come up with a solution. That solution led to an application for a patent that is in development now but it also led to more innovative ideas. In April of 2007 Judd and Eric formed a partnership and by October 2007 they were incorporated and ready to bring their first complete product to market; The Force-able.

Eric has been a firefighter and paramedic for 14 years. He is currently the training officer for the Warrenville Fire Protection District and has been for the last 7 years. In that time he has coordinated 4 in house fire academies. Some of the solutions that Two Firemen Solutions Inc. addresses come directly from this experience. Eric is also a Graduate of the Benedictine University First Responder Program. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. (www.ben.edu) Eric spent 3 years on active duty in the US Army as a mechanic in the 3rd Infantry Division.
